Please download a copy of the Order Form to order additional equipment and/or catering for your exhibit booth - sponsors/exhibitors need to arrange payment directly with the hotel for any orders for additional equipment and catering

Forms must be returned by email to the contact person indicated on the form

Each exhibit booth includes 1 standard table, 1 green cloth covering for the table, 2 chairs, and electricity socket (230V)

Additional equipment costs beyond 1 standard table, 2 chairs and 1 electricity socket are NOT included in your sponsorship/exhibit booth price

Signs for your booth are NOT included in your sponsorship/exhibit booth price

Each booth is assigned a booth number

Exhibit booth numbers will be assigned to exhibitors approximately 2 weeks prior to the conference

Booth assignments are based upon sponsorship level and then first come-first served priority (i.e., the first organization to purchase an exhibit booth will be the first to select a booth number for the size booth they purchased)

Exhibit booth assignments are made based upon sponsorship level and first-come first-served priority

Exhibit Hall Map layout is subject to change based upon space needs - notice will be made to all exhibitors prior to any change

XBRL International, Inc. reserves the right to modify the Exhibit Hall layout

Each booth structure consists of a solid back panel and 2 shorter solid side panels

Each booth includes 1 standard table, 2 chairs and 1 electricity socket (230V), 1 green cloth to cover the table

Hotel carpeting in Exhibit Hall is patterned, with dominant green and brown color - exhibitors may bring their own carpeting to lay on top of the hotel carpeting

Exhibit booth does NOT include signs

Dimensions: the dimensions for each booth structure are as follows:

18 square meter booth (for Platinum, Gold and Silver Sponsors): 6 meters wide by 3 meters deep

9 square meter booth (Premium): 3 meters wide by 3 meters deep

6 square meter booth (Standard): 3 meters wide by 2 meters deep
-
- Early-bird Conference registration ends March 6, 2010 - includes discount off of full registration prices plus a FREE Gala Dinner ticket
- All sponsors and exhibitors need to make their hotel reservations as early as possible. XBRL International has arranged a special conference rate at the Sheraton Roma Hotel & Conference Center (see Registration for details)
- Space is limited at the host hotel - please make your hotel reservations by March 15, 2010
- Exhibit Hall passes provides access to the Exhibit Hall only - access to Conference sessions is by Conference Badge only

Please schedule delivery of your exhibit booth to be delivered on either:

Friday, April 16, 2010, or Monday, April 19, 2010

NOTE:

Top Level Sponsors: if you wish to include a conference bag insert, please ensure that your bag insert arrives on April 16, 2010 at the hotel. Please ensure that the boxes are properly labeled, including "Conference Bag Insert" on the boxes.

There is NO delivery accepted prior to April 16 and NO weekend delivery at the conference venue (see Sponsorship/Exhibitor Manual for shipping address and hours for delivery).
